- You are a licensed healthcare professional or act on behalf of a registered healthcare organisation.
- The information you provide in any consultation form or communication is accurate and truthful.
4. Consultation Enquiries
Submitting a consultation form on the Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of services. It is an expression of interest, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. Any formal engagement will be governed by a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
5. Our Services

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of med.ContagiAd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Creative assets produced on your behalf during an active service engagement remain your property upon final payment. Working files, templates, and proprietary processes remain the property of med.ContagiAd.
7. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your practice and target audience.
- Ensure that all claims made in marketing materials comply with applicable advertising regulations for healthcare (including guidelines issued by the Medical Council of India or equivalent authority in your jurisdiction).
- Obtain all necessary consents before sharing patient testimonials or before-and-after imagery with us.
- Pay agreed fees on time as per the service agreement.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or our services to:
- Make false or misleading medical claims.
- Promote unregistered or illegal medical procedures.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any engagement if we determine that such use has occurred.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee specific marketing results (such as a particular number of leads or a defined return on ad spend), as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, and client-side variables.

All statistics, metrics, and figures displayed on our website — including but not limited to the following — are presented for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or representation of results that any specific client will achieve:

By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you acknowledge that illustrative or historical performance data is not indicative of future results and does not form part of any contractual commitment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, med.ContagiAd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Third-Party Platforms
We may operate advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and advertising policies. We are not responsible for changes to platform policies that affect campaign delivery or results.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
